Your dog’s information, existing bookings and remaining credits have all been transferred across.

Log in using the mobile number previously registered on your account. Once you’re in, please review your dog’s profile, update anything that has changed and complete any missing information.

Simpler daycare packages

• Standard package options for everyone
• Two-dog owners no longer need a separate package
• Existing 1-on-1 and Sensory Space credits will still be honoured
• New packages will no longer include these services
• Remaining credits can now be checked through your Customer Portal

Bookings and payments

To help everything run smoothly, we now ask that all bookings be made online in advance, with payment completed online before your dog’s service.

Oodles and More is now cashless, and we’re unable to accommodate walk-ins. If you have any issues when booking or require our assistance, please text us—we’re always happy to guide you through the process or make the booking for you.

Existing package holders

• Select Daycare – Package Holders when booking.
• No payment will be required during online booking.
• Your package credit will be redeemed after your dog’s visit.
• To use an existing 1-on-1 credit, select VIP Experience.
• Check your remaining credits anytime through your Customer Portal.
