Oodles and More is Brisbane’s leading dog daycare and grooming salon.
14 Walker Street, Woolloongabba, QLD 4102
We’re open Monday to Friday from 6:30am-6:30pm.
Oodles' standard daycare drop-off hours are 6:30am to 9:30am and pickup hours are 3:00pm to 6:30pm.
Dogs must be collected by 6:30pm. If your dog is not collected by 6:30pm:
Late collection charges reflect the additional staffing, supervision, security and operational costs that Oodles reasonably incurs when a dog remains on the premises outside operating hours. These charges may be applied to your stored payment method in accordance with clause 8 of the Terms of Use.
If you know you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for your dog.
If your dog has not been collected by 8:00pm and we have been unable to reach you or your emergency contact, you authorise Oodles to make reasonable arrangements for your dog's overnight care, welfare and safety, including boarding your dog with a suitable boarding facility, veterinary practice or staff member.
You agree to pay the reasonable costs of those arrangements, including boarding, transport and any veterinary costs, in addition to applicable late collection charges.
If your dog remains uncollected for more than 72 hours and we have been unable to contact you or your emergency contact despite reasonable attempts, Oodles may take further reasonable steps in the dog's interests, including contacting the relevant local authority, animal welfare organisation or the registered owner recorded against the microchip. Oodles will comply with applicable law in doing so.
Grooming appointments are scheduled throughout the day and your dog may not be groomed immediately after drop-off. Please allow up to six hours for a grooming appointment. You must wait until Oodles sends you a collection message before collecting your dog unless otherwise agreed.

Every day at Oodles and More follows a thoughtfully planned routine, with a carefully balanced mix of adventure, enrichment, socialisation, rest and individual care. While our activities change throughout the week, every experience has the same purpose - helping dogs become happier, healthier and more confident before heading home fulfilled and excited to come back.
Absolutely. We believe a balanced day is important for every dog’s wellbeing. Throughout the day, dogs enjoy regular opportunities to relax, recharge and unwind, helping prevent overstimulation and ensuring they head home content, rather than exhausted.
That's completely okay. Many dogs need a little time to settle into a new environment. Our experienced team introduces dogs at their own pace and tailors the day to suit each dog's confidence level and personality.
Absolutely! Many of our dogs attend multiple days each week. Our structured routine and balanced approach helps ensure dogs continue to enjoy daycare while benefiting from regular socialisation, enrichment and exercise.
Yes, if it’s your first time with us. During the trial day we assess your dog to ensure they’re ready to enjoy the space safely.
We don't serve meals during daycare. Instead, we provide delicious, healthy treats throughout the day to reward, enrich and delight your dog.
We offer a carefully selected range of healthy treats, including dog-friendly yoghurt, vegetables, and high-quality single-protein dog treats.
We accept puppies a week after they’ve had their 3rd vaccination. Their 3rd vaccination is usually administered around the 14-16 week old mark.
Yes. We understand that some dogs need a little extra support. Our team works patiently to help dogs develop confidence, settle into daycare, and feel calm and relaxed while you're away.
One of the best parts of your day is seeing what your dog has been up to! That's why we regularly share photos and videos on Instagram and Facebook, giving you a glimpse into all the fun, friendships and adventures they enjoy throughout the day.

Just your dog’s lead and collar. We handle everything else.
To help your pup settle in and get the most out of their first day, we recommend arriving between 7:00am and 8:00am. This gives them plenty of time to make friends, explore their new surroundings and ease into the day's activities. By the time they head home, don't be surprised if they're a little thirstier, sleepier and perhaps a little smellier than usual - that's all part of a fun-filled day of play, enrichment and adventure at Oodles and More.
Our experienced team carefully monitors every dog throughout the day. If we have any concerns about your dog's wellbeing, confidence or ability to settle, we'll always be in touch. If you haven't heard from us, you can be confident your dog is having a safe, happy and fulfilling day.
For the health, safety and wellbeing of dogs and staff, we don't offer tours of our facilities. Our website and social media are filled with photos and videos that provide a great insight into our facilities and the Oodles and More experience.
Yes. All dogs attending Oodles and More must be up to date with either a C5 vaccination, or a C3 plus Canine Cough vaccination.
Female dogs must be desexed by 6 months, males by 12 months.
The health and wellbeing of every dog in our care is our priority. If your dog is unwell, we'll ask that they stay home or be collected if they become unwell during the day. We follow strict daily cleaning protocols and use hospital-grade disinfectants to maintain a clean, healthy environment for every dog.
You must book in online for every visit. All visits are to be made by 9am on the day of which you wish to attend.

Grooming
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled grooming appointment. Changes made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
The ideal grooming schedule depends on your dog's breed and coat type, but most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 4–6 weeks. Regular grooming helps keep the coat healthy, reduces matting, allows for early detection of skin or health concerns, and keeps your dog clean, comfortable, and looking their best.
We specialise exclusively in grooming small and medium sized dogs up to 20kg. Our salon has been purposefully designed around their unique needs, allowing us to provide a calm, comfortable and personalised grooming experience.
Yes! We welcome puppies from 12 weeks to 5½ months of age. During this important stage of development, we recommend booking our Tidy Up Groom, which is designed to create a positive, low-stress introduction to professional grooming and help your puppy feel confident for years to come. Tidy Grooms do not include a full body clip. Your puppy's first full body clip can be booked from 6 months of age, when they're ready for a full grooming appointment.
Tidy Up Groom
Best for: Maintaining your dog's coat between full grooms or if a puppy aged 12 weeks to 5½ months.
Our Tidy Up Groom is perfect for dogs who simply need a refresh between regular grooming appointments. It includes all the finishing touches to keep your dog looking neat and tidy but does not include clipping or reducing the length of the coat on the body or legs.
Short Length Full Groom
Best for: Dogs wanting a practical, comfortable and easy-to-maintain coat.
Our Short Full Groom is ideal for dogs whose owners prefer a shorter style that's simple to maintain and comfortable all year round.
Long Length Full Groom
Best for: Best for dogs with healthy, well-maintained coats who would like to retain their length.
This groom is ideal for owners who enjoy a longer style and are committed to regular brushing and routine grooming to keep their dog's coat healthy, comfortable and free from tangles.
Some grooms require additional time to prioritise your dog's comfort, safety and wellbeing. This may include coat restoration, heavily impacted or matted coats, behavioural considerations or dogs who simply benefit from a slower, gentler approach. Additional grooming time is charged at $22.50 per every 15-minute interval.
Sometimes restoring a healthy, manageable coat means starting fresh with a shorter groom. Our priority is always your dog's comfort, wellbeing and overall grooming experience. From there, we'll work with you to create a regular grooming routine that keeps their coat healthy, comfortable and easy to care for.
Yes, absolutely! Simply book a separate daycare visit alongside your grooming appointment. First-time daycare dogs receive a free trial day, while standard daycare rates apply for future visits.
Please note: A day of daycare may leave your pup looking a little less pristine than when they first finished their groom - but we think the extra fun, friendships and adventures are well worth it!
Not necessarily. Grooming appointments are scheduled throughout the day, so dogs may have some time before their groom begins. Please allow up to six hours for your dog's grooming appointment. We'll send you a text message as soon as your dog is ready for collection.
Because every dog is different, grooming times can vary depending on their coat, temperament, and the services booked. Rather than having you wait around, we'll send you a message as soon as your dog is ready to be collected. This means you can arrive at the right time, and your dog can head home with you as soon as their groom is finished.
Our grooming approach focuses on your dog's comfort before cosmetics. We believe every groom should be calm, low-stress and enjoyable, with styles that are practical, comfortable and easy to maintain.
To keep the check-in process seamless, all bookings, packages and services must be paid for online prior to your visit.
All grooming services must be paid for online prior to collecting your dog.
At the time of making the online booking, a $60 deposit from your card is required to secure your grooming appointment. Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your dog’s groom.
Your card will be charged the unpaid balance of the appointment (plus any additional matting charges) when you pick up your dog.
